It is great to finally hear a physician IN PUBLIC, no less, talk about my illness in a clear and non-demeaning way. Microvascular disease exists, period! the challenges of this disease are many- finding a physician and a health system that agrees that it IS my heart that is giving me frequent and difficult to treat angina is one of the biggest challenges.
Fortunately, I have the doctor– now, to get the health care world to understand that this is a real disease….
For the many of us who have gone through standard cardiac testing just to be told “it’s normal, it is not your heart,” hearing this utube is a breath of fresh air.
I hope I’m not the only person listening.
Thanks,
Melissa
